What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation that aims to protect the privacy of individuals within the European Union (EU) wherever they browse online. It applies to all companies, non-profit organizations, and public entities—even outside of the EU. Non-compliance or data and privacy breaches can result in a fine of up to 4% of yearly revenue under Article 83 of the GDPR, so it is very important to make sure you adhere to the rules.

Each customer remains responsible for configuring and using the Platform lawfully, including selecting an appropriate lawful basis, providing required notices, collecting and recording consent where necessary, responding to individual rights and complying with laws applicable to its activities.
