Integrations overview

Understand the available platform, app and webhook connection types.

Choose the connection that owns the data

Incendium separates connections into platforms, apps and webhooks because each solves a different part of measurement. Advertising platforms provide campaign and cost data, ecommerce apps provide store context, and webhooks deliver server-side business events.

Platforms

Connect Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta so cost and campaign activity can be compared against the same Incendium outcomes.

Apps

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Ecwid or WordPress to reduce manual implementation and bring platform-specific context into the project.

Webhooks

Receive orders or payments directly from the originating system, including events that a browser session may not reliably deliver.

These layers complement one another. Platform-reported conversions remain useful for campaign optimisation; Incendium provides a consistent, independent view for comparing channels and understanding the journey around those outcomes.

Before connecting

  • Confirm that the correct Incendium client and project are selected.
  • Use an account with sufficient permission to view the required advertising or store data.
  • Check whether a connection or tracking installation already exists.
  • Agree the reporting time zone, currency and account scope before comparing totals.
  • Plan a controlled test so that the connection can be verified immediately.

Read the connection status

Open Settings → Connections → Integrations. Each card shows the available connection and its current state. A connected platform can still require attention if permissions expire, an account is removed or the provider revokes access.

After any new connection, compare a recent period with the source system. Exact totals do not always match because attribution windows, statuses and time zones differ, but a large or persistent gap should be investigated before the data is used for decisions.
