Manage Reports

Find, organise and maintain the reports available to your project.

Updated 9 August 2026

Keep custom reporting deliberate

Open Report > Manage Reports to see the project's custom reports. The list shows each report name and creation date, with actions to pin, edit or delete it. Use this page as the source of truth for reusable dashboards rather than creating near-duplicates for every short-lived question.

A chart is not a report

A chart contains one reusable analytical definition. A report combines charts and statistic cards into a view for a recurring audience or decision.

Use the report actions

Pin

Place a useful custom report on the Analyze home area so it is easier for the project team to reach.

Edit

Open the report builder to change its name, tabs, widgets or layout.

Delete

Permanently remove a report that is no longer required. Confirm that no team workflow depends on it first.

Choose Create New Report only when the required audience, purpose or structure is genuinely different from the reports already available.

Name reports for the decision they support

Prefer names such as Weekly Acquisition Review or Product Launch Performance over dates, initials or generic labels. A useful report name tells another user why to open it without exposing implementation details.

  • Use one owner or team for ongoing maintenance.
  • Keep closely related views as tabs within one report where that improves navigation.
  • Retire reports that no longer drive a decision.
  • Review permanent chart filters before reusing a chart in a different context.
  • Do not delete a chart or report simply because the current date range is empty.
