Landing Page Insights

Evaluate the traffic and outcomes generated by published pages.

Updated 9 August 2026

Measure the Page in its real acquisition context

Open Optimize > Landing Pages > Insights. Select the Lightning Lander from the dropdown or the results table, then set the report date range. The report combines a live Page preview with Incendium traffic, engagement, interaction and attributed conversion evidence.

Judge the journey, not only the Pageview

A fast Page with high traffic can still underperform if visitors do not engage or progress to valuable outcomes. Incendium keeps the landing experience and first-party measurement in the same analytical context.

Use the selection table

Before a Page is selected, the table lists the Landing Page Path with Sessions, Pageviews, Avg. Time on Page, Pageview Interactions, EBA Conversion Count and Conversion Rate - EBA. Select a row to open its full report.

Use the table to identify a Page that has enough activity for interpretation or to compare the same high-level measures across available Landing Pages.

Read Primary Metrics

Lightning Lander - Primary Metrics breaks Sessions, Pageviews and Effective Pageviews down by day. Use the date range at the top of the report before interpreting changes.

  • Sessions counts visits to the selected Landing Page.
  • Pageviews counts views of that Page.
  • Effective Pageviews reflects Pageviews that meet the project's configured effectiveness logic.

A difference between Pageviews and Effective Pageviews can reveal that traffic is arriving without producing the behaviour the team considers meaningful.

Compare mobile and desktop

The report separates Mobile Traffic Composition and Desktop Traffic Composition, alongside Mobile Impacted Conversions and Desktop Impacted Conversions. Use these together: traffic share explains volume, while impacted conversions show whether that device group contributes to outcomes.

When one device underperforms, review the Page in the matching Builder viewport and test its primary action on a real device before changing acquisition strategy.

Review Interactions

Lightning Lander - Interactions shows the meaningful interactions recorded on the selected Page. An empty table can mean no visitor performed an Interaction, but it can also mean the required interaction or Location setup has not been configured for that Page.

Check Conversions and Interactions and the Page's Location Setup before concluding that visitors did nothing.

Understand Channel Performance

The Channel Performance table compares acquisition groups using Sessions, Pageviews, Effective Pageviews, Avg. Time on Page and Avg. Pageview Viewed Rate. The Dimension selector can change the breakdown where other supported dimensions are available.

The accompanying composition visuals show how total traffic and impacted conversions are distributed. A high-volume Channel is not automatically the strongest source if its engagement and attributed outcomes are weak.

Use the report to decide what to change

Traffic is low

Check activation, Smart Links, campaign delivery and whether the selected period includes the launch.

Traffic is high but effectiveness is low

Review message match, loading speed, above-the-fold clarity and the primary action.

One device is weak

Inspect the corresponding responsive layout and complete the journey on a real device.

Interactions or Conversions are empty

Confirm Location, Interaction and Conversion configuration before treating the result as behavioural evidence.
